Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PDF Tools for unlawful activity, abuse of platform resources, or processing content you do not have rights to handle.

Cloud Processing

Certain tools use temporary cloud processing: Word to PDF, PDF to Word, Excel to PDF, and advanced PDF compression.

Files are sent over encrypted HTTPS and permanently deleted immediately after conversion.

No file is stored on safepdfapp.com infrastructure.

Billing and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided after a billing cycle starts.

Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without uptime guarantees.
